This basement apartment is located on Egremont Place on the edge of Kemp Town and only a stones throw from St James Street and Brighton Seafront. 

​Just a 3 minute's walk from Brighton beach, 6 minutes from the pier, and a few more to the famous Brighton Laines and the Pavilion.  Perfectly central located for what ever you choose to do with your stay in Brighton.

Last bit of information you need to know

Access: A car is not necessary, the property is very central in Brighton, a walk from town and all main attractions. Street parking is available on meter. Permits are required for longer stays and can be arranged for you but must be requested in advance. The train station is just a 15 minute walk away, a bus ride right from the front of the apartment or a £5 taxi ride.

Nearest amenities: 50m.  The Corner Convenience at the end of the road is open until very late.  St James's Street just around the corner has every shop and outlet you would possibly need for your stay too.

Nearest Restaurants: 50m.  Many of Brighton's favourites are on St James's Street.

Family friendly: Suitable for over 5 year olds only.

Unsuitable for: People with restricted mobility (steps to front door).

Pets: No pets allowed.
