Win a week at the apartment

We are giving you the chance to win a week at the apartment!  Just like our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter or book with us and you will have the chance to win a 7 nights stay at our apartment! Get liking or booking as the competition closes on the 31st of October 2013.

Terms and conditions

  • The prize is dependent on existing availability, excludes the period over Christmas & New Year and the first week in August, and must be booked within 12 months of receiving notification of the prize.
  • Open to residents of UK, aged 18 or over.  No purchase necessary.
  • The prize comprises of a weeks (7 nights) accommodation for 2 people at our Brighton Rock Apartment.  Travel, telephone call charges, travel insurance, and all other incidental costs and gratuities (the cost of all extras are the responsibility of the winner), including any security or damage deposits required by the owner.
  • The prize is available to redeem until November 1st 2014.  Entries valid until October 31st 2013 with winner announced on the 1st November 2013. Subject to availability.
  • This prize is subject to Rock Gardens Holidays standard terms and conditions for the rental of the apartment.
  • The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter including an interview by a Rock Gardens Holidays representative for a profile feature which may appear on the Internet.
  • The winner may (by telephone, email, Facebook  twitter, or post) accept or decline the Prize, offered on these terms and conditions, within 7 days of being notified as winner. A replacement winner will then be drawn at random from the remaining entries.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternative, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to alter any arrangements or the Prize due to unavoidable necessity or where circumstances alter.
  • Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified from the draw. Each entrant may submit only once.
  • The instructions to enter shall be incorporated as part of the terms and conditions of this promotion at the 'Win A Night' page found at the website www.BrightonRockHolidays.com
  • Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, incomplete or corrupted entries.  No bulk entries or entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
